Practice groups will be held on Thursdays at 10 AM PST to accommodate most time zones. Each session will be recorded, so you can always watch the replay if you can’t join live.

The WhatsApp group will remain active for continued support—you’ll be able to message the volunteer reader directly and still participate in the practice.
